In Internet Options you select Connection Tab.Within connection Tab you can see Dialup and Virtual Private Networking Settings. If you using Modem you can see that Modem in White box.Set it as a Default, check on "Always dial my default connection" if you want to use it.If you don't want to use it then you just click on "Never Dial a Connection".Hope this will solve your problem.</blockquote>
