Federal law dictates that your medical records are confidential, regardless of what state you live in. As long as you've never been involuntarily committed to a mental health facility, you're fine.

on the form u have to answer the question as to whether u have even been INvoluntarily committed to a mental health facility....
also depends on where u live as to local regs....but in most places u could since they legally cannot hold stuff that happened when u were under 18 against u.......
