Yes. Just a little bit more physical activity and cutting out junk foods will give you a difference in a month
 
What is your definition of "the difference?"

At most, you could see a weight loss of 2 lbs. per week. If you're obese it might be more; if you're closer to your target weight, it'll probably be less. That's just an average. You can see a difference, but it might not be what you want to lose overall. Obtaining and maintaining a healthy weight is not about dieting & exercising for a month. It's a lifelong commitment.
 
it depends, if you are really overweight, results generally happen faster.
But probably, even if only a few pounds shed.
