get a data plan? I recently bought a used Omnia off ebay and was wondering if verizon would make me get a data plan. I have the internet blocked on my account because we don't have a data plan. But I thought if you bought a phone through ebay then you wouldn't have to have a data plan where as if you renew your contract or start one or just buy a phone though verizon you would have to. 2 people I know bought a Plam Pre model phone though ebay and did not buy a data plan and the phones were activated. Please someone help me. I want to know I didn't just waste $45.
