IF I buy a unlocked Motorola Krazor phone can I use it with any service?

It will work with any GSM carrier. That is a phone company that uses sim cards like T-Mobile and ATT.

Companies like Sprint, Verizon and Metro PCS do not use sim cards they are CDMA companies.
