If you going to change your home address and shifting to new place, if you going to continue to using the same provider with static ip address ,it will not change.The Dynamic ip-address will only change.But if you change the service provider and house ,the provider will assign you a new ip-address for you.You can check the Ip-address at Ip-Details.com
