I had it 11 months and tomorrow they are collecting it for the forth time to repair the harddrive or motherboard. I have sent it bk four times because i get errors with the harddrive or motherboard and they have fixed it everytime but i do not like the laptop as it isnt really reliable to keep doing this. On a forum, ppl have said complain to customer service and they should refund my money or give me a new dell laptop. is this true and if it is will i get to keep my one aswell as the new one or will they take this one away and give me a new one
