night will i tone and build my muscles?:
50 crunches
20 pushups
30 calf raises
50 crunches
20 pushups
30 calf raises
50 crunches
15 arm curls with 6 kg weights
20 reverse crunches
15 arm curls with 6 kg weights
i am also an active football(soccer) player

i also do 100 crunches the nights i dont do this
