if i go on my nintendo DSI browser will it cost money?

if i just try to get on to twitter or facebook will it take money from my internet/land line or any money at all. it will first search for the internet and if it finds mine will it take money out from anything?!?......same with the wifi on my phone.

No it wont cost! I have a DSi. It does find ur wifi. But doesnt charge anything
