but nothing connected to it. . . am I still running up my electric bill? Example: I leave me wall cell phone charger plugged in all the time. . . when I leave for work, I unplug my phone but leave the charger in the wall (with no phone on it). . . and I still buring electricty through the charger even though there is no phone plugged in to it?
