My workout ended an hour and 10 minutes ago. Right after i drank a power shake. About 2 minutes ago i had diarrhea (power shake must have been the cause. it was milk instead of water and its hard for me to take that much milk in such a short time.). Does that mean the protein / carbs / calories etc, won't go to my muscles?</p></blockquote><p></p>
