If I jailbreak an iphone and it goes wrong, can I restore it?

I want to jailbreak my iphone so I can get myfi and all those cool apps. I am scared I mess it up. It is a 3gs, but it is an expensive phone. If I would jailbreak it and it goes wrong, can I restore it so it won't stay messed up? Kinda like you restore a laptop with f11. I did jailbreak my wii, so I am sure no errors will occur, but it is just a question.
 
Yes you can restore it. But before restoring it you should connect you iPhone to itunes and create a backup of your data and then restore it. If you restore your iPhone without creating a backup, all of your data will be lost. Otherwise jailbreaking isn't a problem. For further details visit the site below

I don't know about format work or not.But you will get the software from net or go to a iphone service centre
