phone, do they still charge for downloads? I have a Samsung Vice 3G on the Bell Prepaid network. I was planning on getting the Unlimited Mobile Browser for it but, it doesn't have much information about it on the website. So, I want to know that if i download anything like games, songs, videos or apps using this plan, will they charge for the extra KBs?
