If I owned a fine restaurant, each table would be 60 inches round, in a private glass and wood room open to be seen with French double doors. Inside each open room to view a matching China Cabinet and Buffet and round table. Each dining room furniture would be of a different design. Can't share all my idea, but it was be called "The Dining Room." I would hire about five of the finest chefs in the world, and ten people with the authentic spirit of warm hospitality that comes naturally. Don't need one fake when it comes to hospitality-because when they are having a really bad day-they won't be able to separate their personal from business. Most broke people know how to manage the business of the company, even when their budget was hit with a negative explosion.
Only R.S.V.P. clients to be seated at these tables. The very finest of everything: Dinnerware, silverware, glassware, and etc. Private music selection, and waiters. They will be able to reserve their waiters from a profile online. I prefer people with a balanced and real personality to wait on me. One with knowledge and clout with the chefs. A waiter that have tasted the foods and can assist me per experience. I desire a waiter that have taken a seat in the The Dining Rooms and know the feel of each. The Oriental Room must be enchanting, and the Royalty Room, The Pastor and Wife Room (I would personally decor the center piece for the table, and the China Cabinet myself) . Now, the room: Fresh Fruits! The Butterfly Room. The Wedding Reception Room. The Marriage Proposal Room, is where the spotlight, camera, and Cinderella Carriage with fresh cut flowers and etc. The Reading Room. The White Room. The Afternoon Tea Room. The other tables would be in the center of the restaurant.
The tables in the center wold even the more inviting. But the table in the very center is for the Birthday Celebration, with something that extends down from the ceiling. As you can see my mind is very creative, and have a need for fresh greens, Corn, spinach, green beans, yellow squash, sweet peas, cabbage, Broccoli, flaky hot water cornbread, homemade dinner rolls only, black eyed peas, pinto beans, okra, macaroni and cheese (from scratch only), asparagus and Brussels Sprouts to always be on the menu in my restaurant.
I love roasted bell peppers and assorted colors of bell peppers, which are great over steamed rice--the only things I would add to that would be roasted beef tomatoes centered. Seasoned with fresh squeezed lemons. Three basic pies: SP, LM and PC. Three Basic Cakes: GC, CC and Vanilla Cream. Homemade Banana Pudding. Fresh fruits.
Meats: Roasted Turkey, Turkey Meatloaf, Sockeye Salmon, Grilled Chicken Breast, S. Fresh Tuna, and that would be it. Each dish would be perfected for true perfection, which would include various garden soups, and salads. And only homemade fresh dressings. I much rather people be able to view the kitchen and the chefs with chairs for viewing as they are preparing. I have never cared for the kitchen to be hidden from my view. Personally, I would hire people to watch the cooks and they be recorded on camera. Now, that is what I prefer. If dining out, it should be a wonderful clean experience, otherwise I prefer fine home dining. Dining out is a refreshing events, and it good for the entire family. In my restaurant each dining room will have a television, and those rooms will be attached with a yearly membership Fee.
R.S.V. P. is to add special touches to the experience of fine dining. The VIP Membership fee would have to be renewed every three months, in the amount of $1,000.00. They might have art on the wall or a fancy European framed mirror. The Harp Room is with a live harpist playing, while the family dine. There are people with powerful money, they will read this and work it! The people in Dubai, will take this and make it happen. People with powerful money, do powerful positive things. But a thief that steals other people's ideas will read this and try to copy it. A thief is a thief.
But this is for my book, and I'm testing the strength of it. I know there are so many wicked people in this world, and they could careless, so they just take and take.Fine
