Okay, so I lost my phone a month back and had insurance so it was replaced. The refurb they replaced it has been troubled from the start. Random screen freezes, phone shuts off randomly, the battery's already really bad, etc. The problem is, these are all random events, and not things I can necessarily re-create in the store. And since I know a bunch of people go in there complaining when it's really due to their lack of tech saviness, I will get lost in the crowd and probably denied a replacement.
So I'm not looking to scam, just have a working phone...
