If I put my AT&T SIM Card in a Blackjack II Smartphone will it make me get internet?

Would I be able to remove the internet feature?

AT&T will add the $25/month data plan to your account as soon as the network detects you're using a smart phone. A data plan is required to USE a smart phone. As long as you USE a smart phone, you will be charged for the data plan.

BTW, you can voluntarily sign up for the $15/month data plan.
