If I restore my iPhone, will it delete all of my progress on y apps?

So I'm going to restore my iPhone because I jailbroke it. I am syncing my apps to my computer so I can get them back but will it delete all of my progress? I have a few apps like GTA and Lego Harry Potter and I'm far in them and wouldn't wanna lose all my progress. :(
Help?
