If I sign up for Shonen Jump now, will I get the first one?

If I signed up for it now, will I get the first one, or will I get the most current one, like 78 or something? I need to know because if I order it, I don't want to start so far into it.....
 
You'll get #78

When you subscribe, you get the latest issue. Obviously, you have never subscribe to anything before. They do not start from the beginning. You get a new issue each month, at the end of each month.
