I was told I could loose my voice if I sing high, is this true? Is it screaming that ruins it or is it the high notes? Even if there done correctly?? What If I sing High but do it, not so forcefully? Can someone help, that knows alot about voice?

Okay, I answered your other question but I will do so more thoroughly here.

Screaming will ruin it. That's why so many pop singers don't sing for very long. They try to belt it out- and that ruins their throat.

However, opera singers often can sing until they're well into their golden ages. They sing properly.

If you sing high and not forcefully, a.k.a properly, you will be just fine.
Just take care of that voice! Humidifiers, hot showers, and good eating habits will often result in a good quality voice.

Also, warm up! If you go singing C6 right away without warming up, you will ruin your throat.
