If I substitute semi sweet chocolate for unsweetened, how much sugar should I cut

out in a recipe? Recipe Ingredients:
6 oz unsweetened chocolate chopped
2 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla ext.

those are the sugars minus the flour and eggs BUT I only have semi sweet chocolate and wish to use these. Do I continue with the recipe or cut out some??
