footage from my tapes. Would that cause? If i were to buy a really cheap mini dv camcorder, just to capture the footage from my tapes that i record with my gl2. Would that cause a loss in quality? would it even work right? Or do you need to capture the information from the tapes, with the gl2 for it all to come out right. My fire wire port recently died , and i think buying a cheap mini dv camcorder to capture from, would be cheaper then sending it out to get fixed. Thanks for the help!!!!!
