think i should do or what do you? my son caught my neighbor daughter scratch my truck this morning with a rock what do you think i should do about it or what will the police will do about it. The lady daughter is 7 or 8 years old. What will u think it will hap pend to her.

call the parents first off, and if they refuse to handle it in a proper manner, go down to the police station and ask if one of the officers might be able to just go and give the daughter and the parents a quick chat.
 
Go talk to the mother. She is 7/8 no need to bring police in this.
It's just a little kid, acting out. What happens to her depends on the parents.
 
i would wonder if your son had a hand in it and now he's selling her out.
 
If I were you I would consult the daughter's parents. The police won't charge her because she is so young, but her parents will give her a stern talking to.
