...transmission is shot? The rear end started making lots of clunking noises so I hoisted it up so the tires were able to spin freely. I figured out the rear end was shot so I'm going to replace it but when I started it up the drive shaft would move while the truck was in park. Is this supposed to happen if the rear end is bad or could there also be something wrong with my transmission?
It moves in other gears as well as neutral.
