If the antenna of a cell phone is not working properly, will the Bluetooth

function still work? I am having trouble with a cell phone that isn't getting a good signal in locations where I know it should. And now the Bluetooth isn't working. It powers on, but it won't find a phone that is sitting right next to me. If the antenna can be repaired, will the Bluetooth work?
