thoughts to replace it? If you automatically think of something through habit, how do you introduce new thoughts to replace it if you can't think of anything else?

go to youtube and watch, "the secret", it tsches u how to thing postive. it changed my life. now im always happy. when if the theroy dont work, at least i am happy.
