ok so i have cingular and i have insurance on my phone but i lost my phone. i know that the insurance covers lost phones and stuff and they will give you the same exact phone again for 50 dollars but i dont want the same phone i had again. do you have to get the same phone again or can you get a different one? does it cost more then? thanks
