...feel sick? I'm in college and trying to stay healthy. I try to eat 'unprocessed' and 'natural' foods, lots of fruits, nuts, veggies, etc. But I ran out of food and was too lazy to go out and get groceries this morning, so I had to resort to a poptart from the dorm vending machine. Now I feel sick...could it be because of the poptart? Is my body not used to the sugar or something?
