If you wanted --- to restructure --- an entire society Wouldn't you need an underclass of persons with less rights on bottom ---- Would an illegal alien problem fit that bill ?

The illegals have a long history of poverty and oppression because of fat Americans --- that might not be a good thing --- the underclass answering directly to the new class of people who blame you for their nasty childhood
