they had it since it was 10 weeks, they call you up, you pick it up, they tell you its been throwing up for 2-3 days and bleeding out. you check and it has pale gums, didnt eat for 2-3 days, they didnt bother calling a vet and it cant walk
you rush it to an emergency vet, they say the dog ate rat poisoning, and you put it to sleep and bury it in your back yard.
was it the breeders fault for the puppies death and did the breeder have to take responsiblity for their pup??
or should the owner called the breeder right away or took it to the vet??
