In 2011 my best friend of 9 years moved to Israel. For months I've been saving up for my plane tickets, not at $1500 yet, but i'll get there. I live in Los Angeles, its such a long flight! I'm planning on going after the new year of 2013, i'll be 17 then, but can i fly out of the country alone? i would have a place to stay (her place) and they would pick me up from the airport, and such. and id only book a nonstop flight, to avoid problems. So can I visit her? or do I have to wait will i'm 18? thanks
