Im 19 years old but my mother treats me like im 12 why ?

if i ask her why i cant do the things my friends are doing which they all are younger than me but one, and mostly the only thing im asking for is to go blowling or out to a movie with some friends she tells me because she loves me to much , is there anything i could do for her to let me have fun while i can ? lol
 
k bro, i had the same problem with my mom, sit down with her, and say " mom im not a kid anymore, i have to go out and make friends and live life before i get to the point in my life where im to busy to" and then ask what she thinks, and debate with her over it, if ur under her roof u have to go by her rules, but u can negoatiate them. remember, life is a negoation (sorry about the bad spelling but u can figure it out"
