im 36weeks pregnant and had a dream i had my baby but i had to get a c-section.?

36weeks pregnant i already went in labor on Thanksgiving but they had to stop it b/c i was only 34weeks....i had a dream a hr ago that i was in labor but all but like one nurse was in the hospital and my meds wore off the gave me more and gave me a c-section on the delivery table and i was right back in regular clothes and they only let me see my baby once
