I mean if someone could do say.. 2,000 squats with bodyweight would they be able to jump like.. 10ft?

I didn't do 2,000 squats, but I was 5-9 in high school and was just barely able to dunk, maybe one out of ten times I tried. Most of the time I'd lose the ball going up, swing my legs out while holding the rim, and fall on the back of my head.

Yes it maybe possible to increase your vertical leap that way.
Spud Webb former NBA guard was about 5'6" and won the slam dunk contest some years ago. Nate Robinson a small guard for the NY Knicks won the dunk contest again recently.

It's possible. If you need just a little bit more vertical, you may want to try working on your calves by doing an exercise like calf raises.
