I'm a newbie to the HCG & have some/ keep cold, is it okay have some that

doesn't 4 emergencies? I bought some HCG that requires refrigeration, does any know if you can use one of these brands I've come across that don't require refrigeration for emergencies? Has anybody ever done it this way? The brand I bought requires you use it 4x's a day, also I want to begin on Thanksgiving and I'm keeping it hush, hush from my family until I've lost at least 1/2 [104.5 LBS] I thought something I can keep in my purse would work better for that. CAN ANYBODY HELP! ? [sorry, I submitted the ? with in fridge rather than purse not seeing my goof]
