Well, I'm new to this site and wanted to have an answer for my question.
Is it normal to ALWAYS be able to control your dream? I mean, I'm not complaining, I've flown, turned my arms into scythes and cut quite a few trees down, and become a plane.
Any ideas WHY I can?
Thanks~
I don't think I worded this right.
I change the setting, the people, the voices. I gave my mother the voice of a chipmunk and I was apparently laughing in my sleep. (( According to my sister )) :|

LOL that's a pretty trippy dream - but 'controlling your dreams' is something people know as "lucid dreaming". It is not proven, but look it up. I have never been able to control my own dreams, but I often am aware that I am dreaming. If I start to have a nightmare, I can wake myself up, then I can go back to sleep and sort of "change it".

But I can't turn my eyes into lazers or anything lol

It's likely that once you started having lucid dreams (dreams where you know you're in a dream) you started to become accustomed to them and have had them ever since, or maybe there's a subconscious reality check you do (a reality check is something you do to check if you're in a dream) because of OCD or something and you don't even realize it.

Everybody has some control of their dreams to an extent. U may be able to control urself, or at least think ur controlling urself in the dream, but u arent controlling what the dreams actually about. Ur dream is some kind of subconcious thing that ur brain makes up out of different events going on in ur life
