im an author but not published. i am also under the age of 18, what should i do?

i am under the age of 18, i have gone on many sites throughout the years but i have a hard time at getting them published. what are the best ways to get my series of books published fast and for cheap. im not rich so there is no way i can pay anywhere near 500 dollars.

I heard about this one high school girl near where I live who published a book. I think she used Tate publishing. I also found a website that might help.
