I'm basically an Ftm pre t. workout help?

For the sake of simplicity, assume I'm ftm but pre t, pre surgery, pre everything. Is it possible to achieve a more masculine figure through good exercise and diet? If so, how? Any tips? Thanks.
 
Shoulders, man. Work deltoids and traps. To make your hips look smaller in comparison.
Oh, lats help with getting a v shape, which makes you look very masculine, and makes hips look smaller.
Oh and obliques. Again, making hips look smaller and making you look straight not curvy.
Eating healthily too. No junk, soda or alcohol. Increasing protein, possibly.
But the thing is, it all depends on the shape of you. If you are thin then eat more with working out. If you are fat like me then eating less helps, cos you need to be able to put on muscle without covering it in layers of bubble wrap.
So, yeah, it is. Cos that's what I do and I pass as a guy to all strangers. I'm only screwed if my mum or dad are there cos they know I'm a guy in my heart but they don't like it. But what can I do, I'm 15 for goodness sake. But I have a masculine body and it isn't cos of good genes.
Oh. Once the upper body is looking v shaped then its probably time to make self more x shaped. You can't go round with massive shoulders and chicken legs, can you?
