i just bought a jeep yj tub and frame and want to make it into a rock crawler. i have a few questions that i cant really get answers for and beem looking for a while to figure them out. 1. what type of engine would be bast for rock crawling ( i was thinking a diesel cause i know it puts out allot of torque), im not sure on what engine i could get that would put out allot of torque. 2. i wanted to put 40" tires on the jeep but not sure white size lift i should put on, i want to have the most flex possible without rubbin (i also want to put on a body lift but dont know how much would be best)(i am not going to have any fenders on the jeep and if i do they are gunna be custom built) also what size rims would be best for those tires, if u know of a better size tire to use that would also help me out 3. what kind of axles would be best to use -if you have any other sites that would help it would be greatly appriciated, also any sites that have parts -i am asking these questions because i know there are others out there that know more about this than me -i plan on building it from the ground up and dont mind taking 5-10 years to build it to make it perfect -if you can explain everything to me and the reason for that answer it would be nice my email is burntboarder420@yahoo.com if you would like to talk and help me out a little more thankyou for your time
