I'm convinced my employer is cutting my hours because I spend my paychecks on

prostitutes, can I sue for this? I've been working for the same company for almost 5 years now. I would consistently get between 25 and 35 hours a week. I get paid every week. Recently I've gotten sort of lonely, so I spend my whole paychecks on prostitutes over the weekend. Somehow my employer has found about this. Since then I have noticed a reduction in my hours. A co-worker said they overheard management having a conversation about me saying that, "I don't need the money." I think hours should be based on performance and availability, not whether or not management thinks I need money in their opinion. I am one of the best workers and I have an open availability. If I can somehow prove my employer has cut my hours because they think "I don't need money", can this be grounds for a lawsuit? And if so, how would I go about doing it?
