I'm eating extremely healthy but only 900 calories?

Okay, so I'm on a diet, and extremely overweight. (I weigh 160 and i'm 5' 1''!! =[ )

This is my diet:

Breakfast- Non Fat Pita Bread - nothing on it. (2% milk)
Lunch- Vegtable Soup (Water)
Dinner- Chicken breast (Water)
Snack- Hot Chocolate (I know, its not good for me, but i went skiing!)

Excersise- 2 hours of jazz dance.

How many calories do you think that is? Any thing I should change? How many calories did I burn? What is my ideal weight?
