I'm going on a trip to India.?

I'm a woman going on a week tour to India. What should I pack? I usually pack too much.
 
I'm literally still jet lagged from getting back! I just had a great time in Mumbia and Goa. Take some open lightweight footwear and the normal light clothes for the climate. You don't need too many clothes as you can get washing done very cheaply. Mosquitoes were out in force so I'd take a high content deet spray to keep them away. You may want to take one of those little hand sanitiser pumps as there is not always soap at the sinks and no doubt you will come in to contact with areas not so clean. You may want to take something to settle you stomach in case it gets upset as well as some diarrhea salt replacement sachets to keep you hydrated. I would worry too much as you can get most things out there nice and cheap. Hope you have a great time!
 
food in case you dont like the food there.
pillows blankets stuff like that.
clohs that are not white or expensive.
medicine pills any thing like that.

It's gonna be really hot, so pack light. Like simple tees and basic tops, and jeans and shorts. But you don't want to be too revealing; don't show your cleavage, because the men there would stare and whistle at you, especially if you are white. Wear shoes good for walking. Traffic is crazy, you don't want to sprain your ankle jumping away from swerving motorbikes wearing high heels. Besides the people are usually casually dressed or sloppy (I mean this in an objective way).

Bring your trusty diarrhoea meds 'cuz it's likely you'll not be used to the local food.
 
your daily routine medicine and some alergic medicine which is not available in india is most important thing. a torch battery and a travel guide book is must. and also the routine dress . and all other routine pack is enough for india tour.
 
i used to know this grl that would ALWAYS brag about going to india and being indian
