I'm having a problem keeping up proper nutrition for sports. Can someone help me?

I'm still in school and this is was first year wrestling. I used to eat every 2-3 hours (lean meats, veggies, fruits, protein shakes, etc.) but that was during the summer (no school) and I had the time to do such eating. School started, I cut weight, lost a lot of mass, and I'm close to an ideal weight now, but there's a big problem: I can't manage to eat as much during school. I'm attempting to bulk up again but I can't seem to gain anything after being malnutritioned for so long. My teachers won't allow me to eat in class and we only have 4 minutes between classes (most of that time is spent walking to my next class.) I don't want to have to do anything drastic but I'm in desperate need for gains.
