I'm having an image problem with my Sony Blu-Ray player...?

Everytime I try to watch a movie with my Blu-Ray player, it's fine until it finishes loading and then from then on the picture of the disc is in a square that only takes up about 1/12th of my TV screen, in the top right hand corner. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a way I can get it back to being normal picture again?
To add more information: What makes this really bizarre is the face that the options for the DVD menu and the system menu and stuff are all the right size and format on the screen, it's JUST the dvd picture (like, the movie and its previews) that are in the little upper right hand corner square.
 
Wow, that's really bizarre. The only thing I can think of that may be causing this to happen, is that you're player needs a firmware update. If you don't know how to do this, check your manual and it will explain how. Also, you can go to sony.com, and find your blu-ray player and there should be a help section that will show you details on how to upgrade the firmware (it updates software on the machine to make it run the best possible). Hope this helps.
