When you begin your update you have to turn it off. it told me to let go of the c button and it started downloading on its own. i left the room and the program went back to its original menu. i disconnected the phone and tried to turn in on. it doesn't turn on. i already switched the battery and checked if the sim card still works. They do thankfully yet i'm not sure what to do right now. not sure if i messed up on the update or the update ruined my phone. any answers?</p></blockquote><p></p>
