Im in Army JROTC, do i have to get a haircut or can i keep my current hair style?

Im a guy and i got long-ish hair almost reaching my shoulder. its not long enough to tie in a ponytail or anything like that. but i recently signed up for a JROTC class and now im wondering if i have to get a short hair cut now. do i have to or can i keep my current hair? If i do have to what is a haircut that isn't too long or too short. i don't want to shave it all off or anything like that.
 
your JrROTC Instructor will be able to answer this question for you. Most likely you will need to get a military-style haircut.
