Where should I go to college, how long will I be going, what are the general costs, what kind of courses would I have, what should my major be, etc. Also, are there any good colleges for this in and/or near Pennsylvania, specifically near the Poconos or Philadelphia?  Please just provide me with some basic information, or point me in the right direction at least.
