im not even joking my cats collar?

every time i put a new cats collar on for my cat
it has like a clippy thing so he cnt take it off himself
and he goes outside for a while
comes back in the night and its gone!
i have literally bought like 6 colars now some last 2 days then there gone
do u think some one in my area is catching him an taking it off? becuase my cat cnt take it off himself
im so confused wats goin on, has this ever happened to anyones cat?

Maybe your cat has found a place outside where he can hook the collar and pull out of it? Hard to say what is happening when he is out running around.

i agree with eight ball but then again
it could be a little kid that thinks its hurting him so
he takes it off every time i mean if it bugs the cat deffinitley

Yes,a week ago my moms cat lost her collar.My moms cat is an outdoor cat and never lets ANYBODY touch except us.We believe someone got in contacted with her and took it off because it wasn't too loose nor too tight.You should try to make your cat an indoor cat because if someone is snatching him (which seems to be the case of his 6 lost collars)then he might not return one day.Have you ever tried following him to see where he might be going? Because that would be the best idea.Good luck!
