experiencing constipation? First let me know that I did not go gluten free to relieve constipation. That was to help rid my house of gluten for my celiac husband. I normally eat rice with steamed veggies for lunch every day. Usually even dinner if I'm not in the mood to cook. It is white rice, and that won't change to brown rice. I had a BAD experience with brown rice once and I can't bring myself to eat it again. Sometimes I eat baked red potatoes with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, sour cream, 1 slice of American cheese, bacon bits, and Tabasco sauce. I am currently trying to add more to my diet, as I know it's not enough for a person to run off of in a day. Sometimes I add salads with olive oil based dressings. When I said I eat healthy constantly, I mean that all of my meals are healthy. Not that I am constantly eating.
