Im really worried bout my grandparents in Japan!?

My parents tried calling them bout 40 times using 5 phones I found in my house but no one answered. I just lost my grandma last Saturday :'( I am so worried they live in Nagoya, Japan. Help me I dunno what should I do Im 13.
