im pretty sure i have the flu. Ive been sneezing for the past couple of days. Not full on but maybe 3 times a day, my nose is blocked and my head feels pretty crappy. Are there any home remedies that can be used to help me?

ANYthing will be appreciated, just not stupid suggestions.

oh btw i have to go out today, so laying in bed won't help.
